A Walk on Riverside

It’s been a goal of mine now that we are finally having some good weather to just explore more via adventure walks. What are my adventure walks you ask?

Well adventure walks are just going. Following those heart strings and just seeing more of the city- going where the heart strings take you. It’s one of my favorite things, no matter where I am.

Well on Friday I wanted to go on a river walk. So we adventured down to Riverside and 72nd, went to Riverside Park, and just started walking with sunset approaching at 7:24 PM.

And it was beautiful.

I had a hard time with city shock a bit this winter, realizing I’ve never lived in a place that lacked nature as much as NYC. But now it’s spring- we can walk by the water and we have these trees!!

The other part of the city that gets me is everyone’s pets. It’s so hard to take walks and not want a dog! They are everywhere! But on Friday we got to borrow Ollie!

For me, the city hasn’t looked more lovely…
